TrustKeyz is a non-custodial wallet. This means:

• You are solely responsible for your private keys and recovery phrase.
• We cannot recover your funds if you lose your keys.
• We cannot reverse transactions made on the blockchain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using TrustKeyz, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use TrustKeyz for:

• Illegal activities, including money laundering or financing terrorism.
• Trying to interfere with the proper working of the app (e.g., hacking, DDoS).
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

4. No Financial Advice

TrustKeyz provides a software interface for managing digital assets. We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Volatility is inherent in crypto markets; invest at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustKeyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.
