Last Updated: January 31, 2026
At TrustKeyz, we believe that privacy is a fundamental human right. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our non-custodial wallet services.
1. Our Core Principle: Minimal Data
As a non-custodial wallet, we do not have access to your private keys, password, or funds. We are technically unable to view your balances or freeze your account. Your transaction data lives on the public blockchain, not on our servers.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to operate our services:
- Device Information: We may collect non-identifiable device data (OS version, app version) to debug crash reports.
- Public Blockchain Data: When you connect your wallet, we read public data associated with your address to display your balance and history. We do not store this.
3. Data We DO NOT Collect
- We do NOT collect your name, address, or phone number.
- We do NOT collect your full IP address logs.
- We do NOT have access to your Recovery Phrase.
4. Third-Party Services
Some features (like buying crypto or the virtual card) rely on third-party partners (e.g., MoonPay, Ramp). These providers may require KYC (Know Your Customer) information. This data is collected directly by them and is subject to their privacy policies, not ours.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or laws. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or our website.
